① Vessel’s oil record book/garbage record book/ballast record/crew’s service books should be full/complete/correct record and/or stamp before arrival ZHUHAI port in case of penalty

② Master and/or C/O are not allowed to go ashore at same time, so do the C/E and/or 1/E

③ Any drills/hot work/painting/ect...should obtain permission before conducting

④ Pay attention to the correctness/accurateness of crew list

⑤ Alcohol/Drug(narcotics)/Smuggle sale/smoking is forbidden at port

⑥ XINHE Terminal restriction DWT/Draft: 170000mt(under special permission from port authorities)/(channel depth+tide)/1.1m, berthing against high tide. Night navigation is forbidden at GAOLAN XINHE berth

⑦ A floating crane must be hired to stand by and an agreement must be signed with a barge company for emergency discharge before vessel’s arrival, the emergency re floating pre-arranged plan at the amount of about RMB300000, which will be paid by owner or receiver as per C/P.
