On 18^th September, a call for tenders was issued for the allocation of plots in the shipyard area located on the eastern outskirts of Porto Canale. This initiative has generated significant interest, receiving 17 responses for the initial availability of 13 plots. However, the number of plots available has now decreased to 11, as one of the plots, which spans 50,000 square meters, has been earmarked for a specific purpose. This reduction reflects the ongoing demand for space in the shipbuilding sector and highlights the strategic importance of Porto Canale as a hub for maritime activities. The tender process aims to ensure that the selected parties will contribute effectively to the development and growth of the area, fostering economic activity and innovation in shipbuilding.
