Cesar Diaz, the president of the Santander Port Authority,
recently announced that the construction of a new dock at Raos 6 is set to be
put out to tender within the year. He made this announcement during a press
conference following a presentation on the relationship between ports and
cities. Diaz highlighted that the new dock is a key part of the port's
expansion plans, aimed at enhancing its capacity and operational efficiency.
The tendering process will open up opportunities for contractors to submit bids
for the project, which is expected to play a significant role in boosting the
port's infrastructure and supporting its future growth.
