Since the beginning of last year, PSA Antwerp and the Port of Antwerp-Bruges have been working together on an ambitious project called Project Emerald, aimed at redeveloping the Europa Terminal. This significant upgrade is set to increase the terminal’s annual handling capacity from 1.7 million TEUs to an impressive 2.5 million TEUs.
