Adani Port & Sez Ltd has announced the first Mother container ship arriving at Vizhinjam International Seaport, India's leading automated container port. This historic event marks the start of commercial operations at India's first transshipment terminal and largest deepwater port.

Managing Director Mr. Karan Adani stated, "The San Fernando symbolizes a significant milestone in Indian maritime history." The inauguration was led by Kerala's Chief Minister, Pinarayi Vijayan, and attended by prominent leaders, including Hon. Shri Sarbananda Sonowal.
