DOF Subsea has secured $13 million in new contracts for its Diving Support Vessel (DSV) in the Asia-Pacific region.

Norway’s DOF Subsea has recently secured both a contract extension and a new contract for its dive support vessel, Skandi Singapore, in the Asia-Pacific region. The extension, granted for the 2011-built vessel, ensures its deployment through the fourth quarter of 2024, with additional options to extend into the first quarter of 2025 if needed. In addition to the extension, DOF has also been awarded a new contract for Skandi Singapore, which will involve the vessel being deployed off the Australian coast in the first quarter of 2025. This new assignment encompasses a range of activities, including project management and engineering, fabrication, field reconfiguration, and installation tasks aimed at extending the production life of existing offshore facilities. While the identities of the clients involved have not been disclosed, Mons Aase, the CEO of DOF Subsea, highlighted that these new contracts collectively represent a significant backlog for the company in the APAC region, with an estimated combined value exceeding $13 million.
