Constantine Logothetis has spearheaded a new investment round in UK-listed fuel additives group SulNOx, joined by Nistadgruppen AS and a group of investors. The £1.8 million infusion will fuel SulNOx's research and development efforts, facilitate key hires, and meet global demand for its environmentally friendly products. Logothetis, now holding 23.5%, first invested in June and increased his stake in September. Nistad also expanded its holding to 14.5%. SulNOx's fuel additives, derived from natural ingredients, reduce emissions and offer cost savings for shipping and road transport. The funds will support the company's expansion, including establishing global product stock points and advancing biofuels research. SulNOx has made notable progress, securing partnerships with Teekay Corporation and Spring Marine, with positive trial results reported in shipping during 2023.
