KTZ Express, in collaboration with Port Lianyungang
and Aktau Sea Trade Port, has officially announced the establishment of a joint
venture to create a container hub at Aktau Port. This initiative, confirmed by
Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ), aims to significantly enhance the logistics and
transport capabilities in the region. KTZ Express is a multimodal transport and
Logistics Company and a subsidiary of Kazakhstan Railways, specializing in
integrated transport solutions that facilitate efficient movement of goods
across various modes of transport. The new container hub at Aktau Port is
expected to streamline operations, improve connectivity, and boost trade not
just within Kazakhstan, but also with neighbouring countries. This project is
particularly important as it positions Aktau as a key logistics hub on the
Caspian Sea, enhancing its role in regional trade networks. The joint venture
reflects a commitment to developing modern infrastructure that meets the
growing demands of international trade, ultimately benefiting businesses and
consumers alike.
