"Keppel and AM Green Join Forces to Explore Biogenic Carbon-Based Sustainable Fuels"

Keppel Corporation, through its Infrastructure Division, has signed an MOU with AM Green, a company owned by the founders of Greenko Group, to explore opportunities for producing biogenic carbon-based sustainable fuels. The collaboration aims to develop projects in Southeast Asia and the Middle East that can aggregate at least one million tonnes of biogenic CO2 annually for sustainable fuel production. The partnership also involves identifying areas for collaboration in a bio-methanol project in India, aiming to produce 500,000 tonnes annually. This initiative aligns with efforts to provide cleaner alternatives to fossil fuels, supporting decarbonization in heavy industries and aviation
