COFCO International procured the durum wheat, marking a significant addition to China's imported wheat varieties. The imported durum wheat will undergo processing at COFCO Haijia (Xiamen) Flour Co. Ltd, enhancing COFCO's 'from field to table' industry chain model. China's increased wheat imports, driven by weather-related concerns and global market dynamics, reflect a 37.7% surge in wheat imports over the past year.
