About World Sea Freight Alliance

The World Sea Freight Alliance (WSFA) is an independent, digital, and leading worldwide alliance for all sea freight forwarding. WSFA was created with the aim to develop the business of freight forwarding, facilitate the exchange of business and information among the countries they cover, and adapt to changing rules and regulations related to freight forwarding and ports.

Eligibility

  • Have been established as Freight Forwarding for Minimum 3 Years
  • Required Minimum Two Reference of client presently doing business & outside of country you are located
  • Member should be completed minimum 50 Freight Job.
  • Active & Stable Sea Freight Forwarders Company with strong background
  • Have been established as Marine Survey for Minimum 3 Years
  • Required Minimum Two Reference of client presently doing business & outside of country you are located.
  • Member should be completed minimum 50 Freight Job.
  • Active & Stable Sea Freight Forwarders Company with strong background

Rules & Policy

  • Commitment to put as much business in the alliance as possible
  • We can have LIMITED Members, ONE Country
  • Fair and ethical business. Members in the same country will not chase each other's business
  • Financial Nonperformance member will be black listed basis the case investigation result.
  • Non Active Member will be disqualified from the alliance basis the complaint & evidence
  • No Protection in Free Period Time.
  • Neither the Member nor WSFA will be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations pursuant to these Rules if such delay is due to Force Majeure, where “force majeure” means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of WSFA’s Management and its members which results in the Member and/or WSFA being unable to observe or perform an obligation on time under these Rules.

    • Such circumstances shall include but shall not be limited to:
  1. Acts of God, lightning strikes, earthquakes, floods, storms, explosions, fires and any natural disaster; and
  2. Acts of war, acts of public enemies, terrorism, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, sabotage, revolution and Strikes.
  3. If a delay or failure of a Member to perform its obligations is caused or anticipated due to Force Majeure, the performance of that Party’s obligations will be suspended.
