About Us

In 2012, Phil Wojtuniecki was looking to expand his family’s trucking company by starting a brokerage division. Having grown up in the industry, he knew it was time to expand but needed to find someone with the right expertise to get him where he wanted to go.At the same time, Doug Holdsworth, fresh off helping start and grow another 3PL, was looking for a new challenge. After years of executive management and sales experience, he loved the pace of transportation, but wanted to start a company that was focused on the customer side of the industry.
