The Penguin Group established in 1977 by Mrs. Devika Wijesuriya, consists of a dynamic team of personnel who offer an efficient 24 hour service of related shipping services to Ship Owners and Managers. We fully recognize the fact that time is money and our Staff have been motivated to spare no effort to save costs for Owners. By doing so, we are rewarded by the loyalty of our Principals who contact us for services out of Sri Lanka Ports whenever their vessels schedule a call. We have an extremely close co-operation with the Port Authority Officials, The Ministry of Shipping , Bunker Barge Operators, Colombo Dockyard Commercial Division and other personnel whose assistance is required for the smooth and expeditious handling of vessels and their fast turnaround.
