We Oceanic Seagull Maritime was founded in Richards Bay, South Africa, one of the largest independently owned ship agency companies in South Africa, specialising in owners’ Husbandry matters, Off Port Limits and Breakbulk/Project Cargo.Our Head Office is in the port of Durban, with branches in all the major ports.We offer highly competitive fee structures to suit every client’s individual needs, and reduce operating costs.

Our objective is to improve the safety and productivity of our customers operations.
