The operational experience of Navimeteo started in the Mediterranean Sea in 1989. Over the years the company has expanded, delivering its services worldwide. More recently, Navimeteo has diversified its activities to meet the needs and the requirements of a larger market. The main services are provided to yachts and super yachts, sailing boats, as well as transport shipping and maritime works. Thanks to the co-operation with important companies dealing with communication technology, Navimeteo has developed specific solutions for weather routing and satellite tracking to enhance forecasting accuracy. Navimeteo has also devised practical courses on applied marine meteorology at various levels.
