We are able to provide survey and marine crew for a variety of different projects and survey types all over the world. NAUTECH SERVICES is an MLC 2006 certified international crewing, HR management services and equipment provider for oil and gas sectors. In the recent years we have grown to become a worldwide organisation, operating in 4 different continents. We offer our clients custom-tailored recruitment and crewing services sourcing both offshore and seafaring personnel on a finders’ fee, day rate hire. Our MNGT FEE is always transparent and therefore we are trusted by many clients. Our crewing model is mainly focused on thoroughly understanding our clients’ business requirements and culture and our clients get the benefit of having a single point of contact for custom tailored, professional approach to their personnel needs.Our team consists of dedicated and result driven personnel and although our business language is English we also cover Eastern European and Latin Languages, predominantly from our Jersey office. We enforce quality control in all aspects of recruitment and MLC 2006 compliance therefore all our applicants have to pass a full screening process to prove their qualifications, experience and skills before they are presented to the client.
