Millard Maritime operates a port facility located near Mobile in Theodore, Alabama. The port features a large marine terminal, a 1,600-foot wharf, export and import capabilities, and bulk, liquid and break-bulk loading/unloading with easy rail, interstate and barge access. With nearly 300 acres of multi-use land available, subdividing, leasing and joint venture opportunities are available.
