Mediterranean Gas, a Volos registered energy company, with primary purpose to build, develop, operate, and manage in particular LNG and Natural Gas Systems, in a safe, reliable and cost-effective way, for the country, the market, the industry and all consumers.
The duration of the Company is set at 40 years, starting from the registration and publication of these articles of association in the General Commercial Register and ending on 15/09/2060.
Mediterranean Gas S.A. will guarantee the diversification and energy security of Greece, Western Balkans, and Mediterranean Region.
