Marine Recoveries was founded by Anthony Desbrousses - who is an expert in the marine liability insurance market. With the benefit of more than 20 years’ experience of marine claims handling, he knows how to use his tactical and technical skills, as well as his connections both in London and overseas to achieve successful recoveries.After obtaining an LLM in the legal aspects of marine affairs from Cardiff University, Anthony started his career as a cargo insurance claims handler before moving into Protection and Indemnity (P&I) insurance.
