About Us

Harbort Ltd (Tallinn, Estonia) was established in 1992 and is now the leading company in inspection services in the marine and offshore industries. We are specializing in ultrasonic thickness surveying and Rope Access services for ships and marine structures. Our highly qualified technicians (most of them Naval Architects) can provide UTM services for all types of ships. We use Rope Access specialists (including IRATA level 3) for examinations and UTM services and on-line TV monitoring for cargo tanks and other remote locations. Our company has Class approvals from DNVGL, KRS, ABS, BV, LR, NKK, RMRS, RINA and ISO 9001:2015 certificate from BV. All of our technicians have seaman books and are ready to start UTM works on a sea voyage. Annually our company performs UTM surveys for more than 100 vessels worldwide.
