About Us

Established in 2001, Harbor Offshore Marine is proud to serve all of the Gulf of Mexico offshore, oil field and shipping industries out of the Galveston, Freeport and Houston port areas. We pride ourselves in the relationships we have established with our clients, as well as with other launch companies that service the Gulf of Mexico.  ​Whether it’s for offshore and oil field work, dive jobs or launch service jobs, our vessel rates are continuously competitive with other local launch boat and oil field service companies. In addition to our current established Tariff Rates, we can work within our clients’ needs to provide day rates or term charters as needed.
