About Us

Formation Freight was formed by our director Chris Winbourne in 2001 from a small room in Southampton based primary at providing Custom Clearance and Ad Hoc third-party transport. In the past twenty years our company has organically grown through several smaller warehouses to where we currently reside in our two warehousing units with a combined space of 120,000 Square foot of space in Nursling Industrial estate in Southampton. We are now proud to be a fully independent logistical company with our own fleet of vehicles that range from Sprinter Vans up to full artic vehicles, supported by our dedicated group of owner drivers and sub-contractors.
