Our story began in 2004 when father-son team Richard Barrow and Chad Barrow sought to offer customers the benefits of a logistics company that could offer more—more capabilities, more service, more value—all while delighting customers with an experience marked by ease rather than anxiety. In time, this approach came to be known as The Solution, our guiding philosophy by which we provide customers with both the processes and outcomes for meeting their logistics needs.
