① Vessel’s oil record book/garbage record book/ballast record/crew’s service books should be full/complete/correct record and/or stamp before arrival NANTONG port in case of penalty

② Master and/or C/O are not allowed to go ashore at same time, so do the C/E and/or 1/E

③ Any drills/hot work/painting/etc...should obtain permission before conducting

④ Pay attention to the correctness/accurateness of crew list

⑥ Night navigation is forbidden for Chemical/Oil tanker which carried dangerous cargo category A/B or first category chemicals at NANTONG port. General vessels and bulk carriers(including vessel’s draft over 9.7m or over length 205m)can be permitted per night navigation base pay special bonus to concerned parties

⑦ Oversize vessel(draft over 9.7m in fresh water and LOA over 205m)should get permission from NANTONG harbour master and need escorting boat arranged bu harbour master. Max. Permissible draft is 11.0m in fresh water which depending on height of high tide

⑧ Berthing/Departure pilot should be booked one day before berthing or leaving. Book river pilot before 1500lt and book shanghai pilot before 1100lt. Book shift pilot around 5hrs before

⑨ Departure pilot schedule should be finally confirmed 2hrs before vessel’s sailing. 3hrs before sailing required if sailing schedule amendment

⑩ Pilot schedule will be canceled if vessel cannot sail 1hr after pilot boarded vessel
