About Us
That’s how Ascending started. The year was 2017. The group of people was our founders: Andrew Schnitzer da Silva and Nuno Teves, They got together to acquire Adcorp’s interests in Angola and Mozambique, and use their 15 years of experience to start Ascending. We have a proven track of record providing blue and white collar profiles for various offshore and onshore industries.
We built, manage, and operate 3 unique and certified training facilities in Mozambique – and we are the first ECITB Certified Training Institution in the country.
We frequently deliver training programs in a variety of technical trades, areas and soft skills.
