About Us

Argents Express Group is a 40-year-old, family-owned, U.S. based, International and Domestic Freight Forwarder/Customs House Broker. The company was founded by William Chiappetta in 1977. William (Bill) worked for a domestic expeditor at the time and believed he could "do things better" by providing faster service, more options for transport and constant communication on all shipments.  He and his wife created successful freight solutions in multiple facets of the industry based on their philosophy of great service, exceeding customer expectations, and honest hard work.The company is now run by William (Bill) and Cynthia (Cindy) Chiappetta's son and daughter, who plan to continue the tradition of excellence. Dagny Chiappetta and Tony Chiappetta are up for the challenge, and have already grown to add our 4PL division to match the current needs of our e-commerce economy.
