About Us

in 1999 Ralf the founder of the AMB group grabbed an assignment to find a perfumer for drom. With very little knowlege, zero industry experience and a lot of luck it worked well. Frrom then on he filled many roles for drom in Germany, France, China, UK and the US. This always remained a side activity on AMB but with every filled role the knowledge and network about this fascinating industry grew. Other clients came across like IFF, Symrise, Düllberg, CPL Seluz, Cosmo, Jean Niel, Fragrance Oils but also FMCG producer like Henkel, Mäurer & Wirtz and Evyap hired new experts an talents through AMB.
