ABACUS SHIP MANAGEMENT LIMITED ("Abacus") was incorporated in Hong Kong on 31st March 2010 and passed it's ISM audit for Bulk Carriers in June 2013 under Class NK. Abacus is a subsidiary of ship owner - Louis Dreyfus Armateurs S.A.S., Paris, France. The company was formed for the purpose of providing safe and cost efficient ship management services to in-house and third party ship-owners.
