We facilitate seamless delivery of sanctioned goods to Russia from Europe, the USA, and other countries, with customs clearance in Kazakhstan and transportation across the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Our transportation options include air, road, rail, and sea, and we handle oversized and project cargo, ensuring all documentation is prepared. Through parallel imports, we bring goods into Russia that are otherwise restricted by sanctions. In response to potential shortages, the Russian government enacted Regulation No. 506, which allows certain norms of the Civil Code regarding trademark protection to be bypassed. The Ministry of Industry and Trade, by Order No. 1532, approved a list of goods allowed for import without the permission of trademark holders. This list, detailing products, brands, and HS codes, is regularly updated. We assist in delivering spare parts, construction equipment, machinery, consumer goods, home appliances, and more.
